Develop UX & UI for a web application for SEO promotion.
Target Users: SEO specialists and advanced website owners.
The application should help users in the following areas:
- Formulating a comprehensive SEO promotion plan and task list for their website.
- Delegating specific tasks to the application's dedicated specialists/team.
- Implementing the promotion plan themselves using the app's built-in and connected tools.
Goal
I worked on this project as the sole Product Designer, reporting to a Design Director and collaborating closely with a Product Manager and a Stakeholder.

- Collected and documented all project requirements from the client (Stakeholder and Product Manager).
- Created a User Story Map to analyze target users' needs and define key usage scenarios.
- Adhered to the client’s existing Product Design System as the foundation to ensure consistency across the client's product ecosystem.
- Adapted and optimized layouts for various screen sizes (desktop, tablet, and mobile).
- Wrote comprehensive specifications for every screen and all its interactive elements.

A quick overview of all user’s current projects so that they could easily understand whether the promotion process is going well or not.
The most important indicator trends are shown
Project progress is shown by noticeable factoids and dynamic of key indicators over the last 3 months
Flexible chart customization to easily compare different parameters, time periods and types of counting
Task list is formed automatically according to a chosen promotion plan
User can see a task progress, notice a warning about an overdue task and assign a task to themselves or to a WebGrower specialist using the “Order the service” button
Thematic educational videos from specialists are offered
